Open Reader – Activation card

Description

To ensure optimal access control security, FDI keys, passes, cards and remote controls use Mifare Plus tags secured by an AES 128 bit key.

2-Smart readers process this security and ignore other keys/passes.

When it is necessary to reuse existing Mifare keys/passes (light, Classic, Plus or Desfire), the FD-050-095 activation card removes the security from the readers so that keys/passes can be used.

A FD-050-095 card is required per controller to open all these readers (max. 6).
